Welcome

It may be an event, a loss, a life change - or a desire for life change - that has brought you to consider therapy. It may be that you feel depleted, defeated, or unsure how to move forward.

Often, what has worked for you in the past, or up until this point, no longer works or is no longer sustainable. 

My objective as a therapist is to collaborate with you, to help you heal, process what has led you to my door, develop coping strategies, reframe negative thoughts, build inner strength, or rediscover hope, humor, and peace.

Or all of the above.

Whatever the issue, it is unique because you are unique, and we figure it out together.
